    It's not a Rock Bass it's a Green Sunfish. Look them up. The Green Sunfish has the orange tipped fins and the blue lines on the gill plates and they are alot more common in our waters. Most lakes are loaded with them. Although they do act more like a bass than a sunfish.

    The first fish is definitely a Squawbass remix, hybrid.

    I have a green sunfish in a 60 gallon tank. They make great pets as long as you don't mind going to the pet store 3 times a week for goldfish...
