Default Loreto, Mx. My Xtra long version.....PART 2

Day 3, we went North to troll for roosters. Again, a great sunrise awaits us...

Andy takes pics of the sunrise...Simone.

    Self portrait at sunrise....

On the hour ride north, we saw a few finback whales and some jumping manta rays. We arrived as some fishy looking spots, but all we got was this animal, a cabrilla, and that was it. The capn' caught this one! Grrr...

We spent the next few hours trolling live baits in and around bays but no luck. Saw some cool rock formations though! (If you're into that sort of thing!)

Actually got a hit, but she wasn't committed....

    Ummmm Andy....WAKE UP!

Notice the FLAT H2O this day!!!!

Hey! ANdy, What u doing oer there in the back corner of the boat?!

Saw this cruise ship coming in one day...

We ended day 3 of fishing attempting to get roosters and triggers at Isla Coronado. We thought Andy had a rooster

, but alas, it was this fellow...

Shortly thereafter, el capitan says, "LOOK! MANTAS!" We look down and there is a whole school right in the shallows.

We also sqw 2-3 turtles at this spot. They swam under the boat and nearby at the surface.
After a few more triggers, we landed right on the beach in front of the Desert Inn (formally the La Pinta) and had them make fresh ceviche. Of the cabrilla and triggerfish ceviches we had them prep, my favorite was the firmer trigger. YUM YUM!!!!!!

    Last day
    Sunrise shots...

We fished the point off the NE end of Carmen and found the fish on our first drift. I farmed that one then caught another on our next drift. ("Rookie fisherman.") Andy hooked one finally after I had 2 onboard, and then it was his turn to play catch up. We both ended up with 3 this day.
    Oh the carnage!!!!

    Andy w/a nice one!

    We trolled rOOSTERS HERE...

COULD IT BE MORE BEAUTIFUL?! I did see a 25 lber swim under the boat in 20' of water. That was cool, but we never hooked another. GODA%%%%%TTT!!!

Me with my companie's bobble head mascot in the mouth of a hefty y/t. Yeah, I emailed it back home to them!

Not to mention the one where he got drunk! This guy was a lush!!!! LOL!

This was a great trip! I am really looking forward to going back. Andy, GODA$$$ITTTTT!!! We're going! LOL! :) SIMONE!!

BTW, Our captn only could say 3 words, "Simone, rookie, and GODDA%%%$ITTTT!" LOL!

Thanks for the link to the Casitas. I checked it out and am now waiting for a fellow FNNer to go with. I don't feel like bringing the g/f this time.
