3/28 crappie mania at the Vine'!!

Quickly the crappies at Irvine are going nuts!! I've included a few pics including the 1/32 oz. All you need is a white mini jig(pic included) used around Flooded trees at 9-12ft of water. Flooded brush at the back of the flats also around the boat docks near and in front of the boat ramp. If your interested in trout your in luck. I saw many limits today. Bait anglers chartreuse powerbait short 12inch leaders. Be ready cause the bite might shut off early. See ya

Seng would have to buy like 25 passes to catch his normal amount of Crappie. Love them crappie, gotta stick to the limits at the vine though. The vine is a gorgeous lookin lake at the moment.

Thanks for the replies guys!! It was a lot of fun out there. I was with my wife and two kids. Even with a 5 fish crappie limit we were even with the limit. What is the crappie limit at the Vine' anyway??

Looking at their website the posted limit is 5 Crappie / Bluegill combination.
