Default Best (and cheap) Dual Beam Fish Finder?

I am looking for an entry level fish finder for 150-200 or so with temperature etc with good pixels and definition.

It can be a rebuilt model, used etc.

What is a good one for this price range? It will go on my porta bote or a rental depending where I am fishing.

    Thanks!

i've had an Eagle fish mark something or other that i've had for three years (basically a lowrance prduct) and its been great until the last couple weeks. i can't turn the fish id beeping off and the thing drives me nuts when i get fish under the boat i have to turn it off. i think its about that price now.
