Well after riding my mountain bike around town this weekend I decided to cut out the carpet for the boat, the carpet is not glued down yet; I will start that next weekend that’s if I don’t have to do any overtime.

looks GOOD!
Nice job dude!Your putting that carpet over bare aluminum or wood??
I heard that if you have a wood floor, you should coat it with fiberglass resin and put the carpet on the still wet resin....then,it'll never come off and the wood will never rot!
I'm gonna have to change the carpet on my 17' Lowe bass boat too,,,It'll be in a few months from now though....lol....Then my 13' whaler will be in full shift....haha!
The carpet is going down on aluminum,I sanded all the aluminum that way the glue will stick real good, this boat is all aluminum
Great job.
I love boat project photo updates. Keep em coming!
Home Depot indoor/outdoor carpet. I have that on my deck outside and it has held up real good.
Looks real good, when it's all done it is gonna be like a new boat.
I will be using this stuff

Well after getting some time off from work I finally finished putting the carpet on the lids and the seat plats. I used contact cement that stuff works grate, this weekend I will start putting the carpet in the boat, I really need to get this done because I am going through withdrawals.
