Friend's Private Dock/Beach Report 6/13/07 PICS

I came to my friends house armed.......with my fishing stuff! I went to his house just are the tide was rolling in at around 6p.m. First cast I see a black bass like figure so I knew there were hungry fish around. Next cast just as I'm about to lift my Rapala out of the water a HUGE slash happens infront of my face and my friend hears it from the other side of the dock and come to watch the fight. I pull him in and turns out to be a VISCIOUS 15in. spottie. This bugger had sharp teeth and I mean SHARP.

Safely released and we didn't catch anything else, my friend got dosed with skunk juice.

Nice spotty - Kinda light colored for NB - The one's I've cought there are darker colored.

Does you friend have a dock behind his house he'd like to rent out to moor my boat...cheap??? :wink:
