Knife shop

I am looking for a quality Cutlery shop (knife shop) There used to be one in the Buena park mall.
I dont want any Big 5, Smith and Wesson knifes. they are junk. S&W made a mistake allowing their good name to be put on those crappy knifes

I want another quality fillet knife and a boot knife. been looking at some on ebay, but I like to touch things to determine the quality for myself.

Thanks for the link. I had been looking at a Russell knife on ebay. BUt I was looking for a shop. I need to touch and feel them. Hard to tell junk from a gallery picture online.
