does anybody know why the dfg has not planted most of the lakes like legg lake,lincoln park,echo and other local lakes in L.A. i called this week and there not planting ANY in L.A. county this week! no love!

cause it rotates? they can't spend every week planting LA county when CA is so big?
They did LA county every other weelk the whole last month. Now it is all OC?
