    Default TRAIL BLAZERS spicy baked striper<GOOD>

    First of all you catch some fresh fish<STRIPER> and fillet and remove all the red parts of the meat from the fillet,s
    2nd
    Slice 1 large ONION,,break up onion slices and lay them in the bottom of a baking pan,,covering the bottom of the pan completely,,,save any left over onions!!!!
    3rd
    take 1 SMALL can of TOMATO PASTE and m,ty into mixing bowl,,,to that add 1/4 cup CATSUP,,,to that add 1/4 cup of finely choped CILANTRO,,, to that add 3 tbs of HOTSAUCE,your favorite brand.
    MIX THESE INGREDIENTS WELL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.


    Place fillets on top of onions in youre baking dish
    Cover the fillets generously with the mixed ingredents,the mixture will be verry thick

    Cover that with the rest of the onion slices.


    PREHEAT oven to 450
    bake for 20 minutes or until completely done to your likeing

    ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,,

    OK TB, sounds tasty!
    I just need to get the FIRST step going (catch fish). Reading all the reports makes me want to leave work early today!
