Any-one know if there is some sort of schedule or usual time the duct is running? It seams that in the past years it was almost always running when i would go there. now i am 0-3 last times. been going morning and afternoon but just calm water.

There's no direct schedule per say.
It's up to the state when they open
BTW ........ It doesn't really matter if the water's flowing or not
You just have to be at the right place at the right time
No flowing or flowing, does not matter striper is still bite sometimes. Get back to work hard to searching a striper, man, lol. OR go to BAKOSFIELD is the most striper action out there!

They were running it on Sundays and at night from 10pm to 6am but that has changed. No flow for a couple of weeks here in the AV.
Might have something to do with the moon phases.
I'd like to know where and when that is.
