    Default Need to buy spinning surf rod or combo

    Who has a cheap surf spinning rod or combo to sell me? Not looking for anything great and wonderful, just something clean, excellent condition stuff you might want to sell. I'm gonna start learning how to Surf fish so just the basic is fine but I do need a spinning reel because I don't know how to use that other stuff. Thanks. Oh, BTW, please be fairly close, I work in Los Angeles and live in Monrovia.
