I personally only throw lures so 1 rod is all that i bring. But i have never heard of that rule. I always was told your good with 2 as long as you have the stamp.
Duckpoo pond is La Mairada, Guess you havent been in years Alan. They really cleaned the place up. Check it out ya might be suprised.
