    Default Corona Lake 01/11/09-limits 3X5

Got a phone call from a friend. Ask me if I wanted to go fishing. Sure.
Let's do Corona Lake, I promise no skunks. He was convinced.
Went to his house in Westminster. I guess he invited one more person as
it is now three people going fishing. Good.
Got to the lake at 5:50am. About 20 cars in front of us. Wasn't sure if we
will get the spot I was hoping for. Turns out we got the spot.

First to hook up was the other friend, around 7:45am. Nice size Trout. Good
start. Everyone is confident today will be a slay day. Sure enough. Minutes
later one more Trout. And it was WO..... Got fish every hour. Everyone got
on some fish. Limited out by 11am so we had to pack it up and call it a good
    day.

One of my Trout was caught on n/c. The rest was on PB. I had Blue Neon. Friend
was using rainbow. Ofcourse dip in garlic Trout dip.. Jig wasn't producing. Still manage a total of 15 fish........
Sunny day. Not too hot. Wind did pick up around 11am as we were packing up....

    Nice. Probably 2 pounders.......

    Here's my five.............................................. .....

    Good luck out there............................................

    Cast,
Nice limits out there bro! Good job..
Did you see if the opposite end of the lake was crowded along the shoreline?
Like down toward the boat launch area..?

    Thanks,

Yea it's nice to be able to take out some friends that's not too familiar with the
lakes or catching fish, and able to get them on some. They were happy that it
wasn't boring. And I'm glad we all hooked up.

That side is always crowded. Maybe that's where all the DD's are caught. I
thought about going over there to jig on the rocks but took one look and saw
the crowd. Decided there's not enough room for me.

Maybe soon GRD. I kinda like the scenery back there. I might start showing up on Saturdays as well. Feels like
I'm kinda at a real like eventhough it's next to the 91(15).
