Yes, on the deflating. If your using power worms, you're probably going to be using mosquito hooks.
get yourself a platic storage box, i deflate my tube after every trip and i can fit my tube, waders, rod rack and fins in the box and fit it in the trunk of my car. then i wash it all off when i get home (saltwater tuber) and make sure its dry when storing it all back in the box.

Just a reminder to you......wash all your gear with fresh water before you store them away if you fish the salt!!!!!! Rinse the tube(s) also making sure you rinse all the zippers very well...if you don't the salt will sieze them up!!!!!
