Default Good Fight, Second Striper For 2009

I Had to go out cause of the Striper Fever urge again. Temp is 32 here and very calm. I casted out about 6 times and landed a small one and let it shake off the hook. Casted out and let the lure sink to the bottom and slowing retrieved the lure back to me and got a big bang, set the hook and the fight was on and as fast as it was on, it got off. Then I threw out again with the same retrieve and landed this 8.8 lbs and 27 inches long. The one I lost fought like 20 lber. My hands were frozen, it was too cold to get a grip. :

Another plump striper. I think I scared them into biting when I slipped in a couple of days ago? Bill, you might of lost the same 20+ pounder that I lost a week and a half ago. That monster is still cruising. He hit up higher for me and I had a visual when fighting it. Went down deep and fast and spit my lure out too.
