    Default Baked trout.

    Filet and debone a couple lbs. of rainbow trout.

    Sprinkle with a lil' sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, and a lil' bit of Italian Seasoning mix.

    Place on top of some aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

    Turn off the oven and leave the fish in for another 10 minutes.


    That is all.
