    Default Pan Fried Trout Sandwich

Skin and debone some rainbow trout.

Pat dry with paper towel and dredge in plain flour.

    Coat with a whipped egg.

    Press onto seasoned bread crumbs.

Heat an 1/8th' of olive oil in a large frying pan on medium high.

    Fry until golden brown.

Place onto your favorite bun or roll slathered with Mayonnaise, and/or Tartar Sauce.

    Eat it!!!

I just do it the old fashioned way. Fillet, strip out the pin bones, then skin the fillet.

    Sure they do!!!

Aliens use them on human beings all the time.

It's just another instance of the human race reverse engineering an alien technology.

I actually told you to come and get some before it was all gone.

You said you would, but you waited for about a week.

Come on Patrick, one week? When you got fresh Abalone it never lasts long.

It needs to be eaten as soon as possible to preserve freshness.

Don't worry about the next time. You will get your own abs.

The ones you get yourself taste better than any others ever will anyways.

coming soon....my Rainbow Trout Omelet Recipe.
