    Default Castaic Lagoon 12-28-08

    I decided to hit up Castaic Lagoon with my dad this morning to try out my new Calcutta 400. After grabbing sandwiches from Galleon's, we headed to the lagoon and got there around 10am. My dad was going for trout and I was going for bass, so he tied on a jerkbait while I did the same with a Lunker Punker. He got a limit of trout and I got a big strike but no fish. We left at around 3:30 after deciding that the wind that came up in the morning was not going to die down.

    The Calcutta performed perfectly, but my arm was pretty sore after working the Punker. Sorry for the lack of pics, but I forgot the camera today.
