Great Fishing as we head into the new year.

Really good fishing has been on tap for the anglers willing to brave the cold. Tons of limits, some exotics and even another Double digit where part of the catchs. Once again the West Shore and Trout Island proved to be the hot spots. But trolling has started to pick up so watch for the big boys to come that way as well.
Jake Robinson of Trabuco trolled up this 10.10 Rainbow while trolling the Rocky Point area with a Rapala.

John Oropallo trolled the exact same locale and the same bait as Mr. Robinson and walked away with this 8.8 Rainbow.

Sarah Taylor of Santa Ana caught this beautiful Brown Trout, identified by coloration and the presence of teeth on the tongue, while soaking a nightcrawler by the boat docks.

Christy Lancia, Glenn Kirby, and John William of Stesbora Georgia and Hemet Ca made a wise decision to spend the holidays with us and caught their limits while fishing the Trout Island area with Salmon Egg Power Bait.

Sue Burns and Jared Smity (Sierra Smitty) caught their limits while fishing the West Shore. They made their catch using Gulp Eggs and Power worms in various colors.
