Lake Perris or Lake Skinner?

I haven't been to either one, only DVL with my Dad's boat. (frustrating!) We want to go out and catch some LMB. Which will give us the better opportunity the next two weeks or so? I see Art did very well at Perris the other day, but haven't seen reports from Skinner. It's a nice boat, good fish finder, so Art's info on structure was great for Perris. Any advice helps. skinner is a awesome lake! its clear water almost like DVL... they have plenty of stripers and lmb in there.... but the striper are easier to catch we had followers with swimbaits at skinner but no takers...

perris is a cool lake to lots of LMB big and small trout as well... what are you fishing from shore or boat? if you have a boat and want to troll go to skinner but if your lookin for bass hit perris
