Hit up the old duck pond today.fished the cove for about an hour or so and managed 3 trout. then the bite died all of a sudden. i decided to pack it up and head back home hen i got to the front of the lake and seen a crazy packed shoreline. asking a few of locals i found out that they had stocked all ready this week. i was still skeptical and decided to find out for myself. i found a hole to squeeze into and not eve there 15 minutes i had hooked up and landed three nice 2 pound trout, with the third one being let go due to me reaching my limit for the day. so needless to say with that and everyone around me having full stringers i would have to say that i believe that it was stocked. I will be out there again tomorrow so if anyone wants to hook up look for the guy in the black and white famous stars hat and the black sweater.
