Default to all you yakers, The Flyak!!! A Flying Kayak?

I don't know if you have seen this but there it is
I was searching though the web and found this

The Flyak! He is off the water!

The Flyak is a hydrofoil adaptation to the conventional kayak. Twin
hydrofoils are designed to raise the hull clear of the water and increase
the speed. Speeds up 16.9 mph can be achieved on calm water.
The Flyak has two hydrofoil fins below the surface of the water to create
lift. At high speeds the entire hull is lifted 15 cm from the water, reducing
the drag and allowing even greater speeds, reportedly more than twice
    that of a conventional kayak.

    Flyak vs. K4 (200 m)
the race is on (watch the video)

That would kind of make you look like a topwater popper or a spook too much. You guys ever seen a great white breach the surface
Give me something a little slower and that doesn't look like big shark food....LOL

I'm sure I could maintain that speed for, let's say, ten or twelve seconds...lol
Then all that extra drag would have going even slower.

I'm not in that much of a hurry. Does look cool though.
