    Default SOMEBODY PLEASE!!!.....

BUY ME A FARMERS HAT!!!!...i was on the new del mar las night for the twilight trip hoping for some giant squid. light load id say about14 anglers. captain says there are no squid around so we start sandbass fishing. the bass bite was ok. some bass were cought as well as some rays and sculpin. i was not able to bring a bass on deck last night. one of those days... i farmed about 3 bass and what felt to be a big ray. the only thing i brought up were two baby sculpin. the bait was almost as big as the sculpin! :P

well at least i got to do what my main objective was for the night and that was to test my new torium. it casts very smooth.

totals for the day- 4 farmed fish  , 2 baby sculpin

thanks guys. troutfishr- after asking around for a good reel, here and at tackle shops, the torium came up every time. so when i went to the tackle shop it was between the torium and the saltist. the torium has a good feel to it. it casts real nice. it feels solid. i recommend.
