They're decent-tasting. Just Google Barracuda recipes. I'm sure you'll find plenty.

Cut into steaks about 1 1/2" thick, barbecue on grill, hot coals no flame,pam spray the grill. marinade for 1/2 hour in Italian dressing,season with salt & pepper. cook 4-5 mins each side leave lid open. Don't fiddle with fish for first 5 mins. it will tear the s--t out of it.

Note if your a experience griller/barbecuer get some mesquite smoking chips and put fish on one side (indirect heat) and chips on other smoke for about 45-50 mins. smoked barracuda is great. even better if you have a good gas grill.


NOte: Wishbone Italian dressing, I use for all types of fish it work great!

Great fish tacos. Marinate in Lawrys mesquite for 20-30 min, grill adn serve with warm tortillas, cilantro onions and your favorite salso.
