    Default Hello!

Hello everyone! I'm new here and wanted to start off with asking some advice. Looking to get a good trout rod and reel with a budget of $100-$125. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Once I start catching, I'll start reporting!!!!!!

Welcome! I love my Kencore XL-2 with my Shamano Semetry 750 reel. I'd go for the 7 foot though (XL2-7). Life time warranty on the rod, you won't be sorry. Only scream once, I always say.

    Sue ,

    " Charlie don't surf " and

" I love the smell of naplam in the morning " are

Movie lines quotes for the movie " Apocalypse Now "

It's a Vietnam movie from the mid 70's

You might not of seen it.

And those 2 line quotes are from the same great scene in the movie.

If you have never seen the movie you should see it.
