    Default Sardine Recipe???

Anyone know a good recipe for sardine?

I've caught many in the past but don't know how to cook them so I've been using them as bait only.

The best recipe for sardine i know is to filet it, stick a hook into the filleted portion, and toss it out and hope you catch a striper with it, so you can cook the striper instead.

Sorry I can't be of more assistance.

    But my friend Google can:

I have talked with 2 people who swear that sardines are awesome to eat.

I forget exactly how they do it, but they said that they learned it from a chef at a sushi resturant.
Maybe you can get the answer you seek from a sushi chef.
