    would bass gear work ok for surf fishing. Like some of the bass plastics?

    I bet it would, We were catching some things on Roboworms. Try dropshoting, it usually works. If you are going for say, surf perch, use a misqutio hook. Don't use any big bass hooks.

    Just make sure you have good enough line test. Like 12 will do just fine. Goodluck!!

    thanks. I went out yesterday and tried some robos and i got 5 perch and 2 small butts off oceanside. wow it was so much fun and i was only using 6lb test. Once agian thanks for the info I'm gona go agian on sunday afternoon and try my luck.
