    Default Ceviche...

    I am a feind for ceviche.. Im always looking for new and different ways to cook my catch. Can any one offer a good recipe for ceviche.. i would appreciate it and so would my addiction.. have a good one.

    Im a straight sucker for ceviche. Nothing like ceviche, tostadas and a modelo on the side.

    Use abalone, scallops, and lingcod. It will be awesome!!!

    The standard fixins' will be fine.

    Just cut the abalone pieces about 3/4" square and 1/8" thick.

    Ceviche , I usually save the trimmings from my abalone and add the small shrimp from the local market sea food section and some yellowtail or dorado freshly caught . Fish cut up small and added to juice from fresh limes and soaked overnight and DRAINED well and then added to fine cute tomatoes , onions , celontroes , and served with the thick small tostadas and a little Tapatio sauce on top with a cold Bud Light or two .
