    Default Santa Ana River

    Thought I would try and see if I could get a few more halibut today on the fly. Got nada. One follower, one strike and a few swam off when i came near some holes. Very small fish. Did see a very good sized thornback ray swim by. And there are a butt ton of mullet in the river, too bad they don't like to play.
