Need help On recipe to cook SHEEP HEAD

I caught my first ever sheep head today and id like to cook up the badboy,does anybody have any recipes to cook it up?

chinese style has always been amazing...

Clean fish, put slice of ginger, green onion (lots) in body cavity, put a little white wine ( 2 tablespoons on top of fish)

large pan, fill with a little water, put fish on a steamer ( small bowl with a plate on top works), steam for about 8 minutes

Take fish out, dump out water, put a little oil in pan heat it up, pour oil over fish,

last, take some soy sauce( light or you can water down normal) some brown sugar, and a little ginger and cook that in the same pan and pour over fish.

I caught one last year off the Cortez Bank. Brought it home and ate part it raw. Great Sushi IMO.
