i will be vacationing for a week at bodega bay any help with surf fishing would be great.i will also be in yosemite .thanks in advance for any info.

Hey man, I used to go to Bodega Bay every year for about 4 years.. so i've been 4 times, but i get on the fish! Go to the tackle store and buy Pile Worms 1-3 oz pyramid sinkers.. and size 6 hooks. Tie a dropper Loop and just bait and wait on the shore line of Bodega Dunes campground. Or if you are using lighter tackle 1/2 oz-3/4 oz eggweight, a swivel, 24 in of leader to a size 6 mosquito with a little grub on the end.. you'll kill it. You also cant go wrong fishing the pier w/ bobbers and some pile worms underneath em.
