Biggest sandbass and or calico pix

I just want to see how many people have caught some monster sandbass or calicos. this is my biggest sandbass. 8 pounds on a rapala scale. caught on a 7inch swimbait on a recent 5 day on the Royal Polaris

Nice Bass. Can't say that i've caught one that big. But there not really my target species for saltwater.Sweet bass though

I 've also caught an 8 pound sand bass that was weighted on my friend 's cheap spring scale. He said it probadly weights a little more.

That sandbass meant more to me than any 30 pound yellowtails that I caught. You could have took a better picture of that fish, showing more of a broad side shot. An eight pound sandbass is pretty big.
