    ha ha. i really dont know the exact spot in the ocean. i got the yt on a charter boat as you most likely thought, out of dana point caught it fly lining a sardine, awesome fight on 12 lb test all most despooled me.

    I had a quarter freezer full of Yellowtail last year and it wasn't even enough for me!!!!

    One can never have enough fish in the freezer . It's nice just to pull something out and fire up the grill. Have a few friends over , some brewski, and next thing you know your freezer is empty.

    I have mine stocked with YFT, BFT, Albacore, YT, rockfish, Dorado and shark....at all times....

    haha why limit your self to salt water you got to have some trout in there also. i have that yellow tail, barracuda, calico, and sand bass, a bunch of trout. but were having a bbq today so ill be getting rid of most of it

    thanks tacklejunkie it was amazing fighting that fish for almost an hour. it was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
