    Default Cabrillo Beach Jetty 5/19

    headed out to cabrillo beach jetty at about 5:50. arrived about 6:30. Overall it was a really slow day. total count for the day was 2 opaleyes and 2 perches. biggest opaleye went about 3 pounds and biggest perch about 2 pounds. did see someone with 2 decent sized sand bass in their bucket. sorry, no pictures, didnt want to risk getting anything wet. peace...

    yea... im going to head out there again soon. i used a 18ft surf fishing rod and it put up a hell of a fight. good luck out there.
