Default NPH with the Lee Machine!!

It is hard to get a date with Mr Lee, he is so booked up to go fishing?? Popular guy....

Greatest guy I have met in a long time, He is traditional (old school nice & polite) , Very humble, and thoughtful.. He is also a crack up funny dude.. I roll when he tries to cuss in American.. Happy about everything....

Well I was lucky enough to book him for a walk about on Thur 5-17. We decided to walk Balboa Island, he has read so many report about NPH and all our/your adventures there...

We arrived about 10 AM ish, met Shorebound (Ed) and Jenda who had a few hrs to Tube and were happy to pose for a Kodak moment before they launched..
    Thanks Ed & Jenda.. :D

We fished mainly the public docks and hit a few Sand bass as we went along, all super dinks, but the skunk was off in about 5 min... :thumb:

Mr Lee had brought a 9' telescoping rod & reel with him from Taiwan, he insisted on using it.. I think it had 12# or so line, I had two rigs with 6# Cuda for us to use... Needless to say, I hooked a few more then him, but he did hook and land the biggest..

It was a Diamond Turbot, that had to be 18" or more. Biggest I have seen in the bay..... Thought it might be a legal Hali as he brought it in...

We walked most of the Island and had lunch at the Island Grill, Balboa Burgers rock.... Then hit the Ferry over to Peninsula, and walked to Davies and out on the Pier soaked a little bait and walked back... Mr Lee hooked a small transparent fish???? off the pier and we had a darn good laugh over that.. Saw a dozen or so Macks in buckets, but looked like a slow day....

Grand tour, is a good description of the day. Couple of old guys strollin and looking at the sights and catching some fish.......

Walked the other half of Island on way back, Got into some small Hali and Spotties, nothing to brag about, but a lot of fun....

Had what I think was a juvenile WSB (maye 20") that broke me off at the dock?? just got a glimps of it????

To many pics to comment on each one,, So I will let them tell the story.

    Enjoy......... .

    TEAM 57 Walks NPH..

What a day. long drive back to Hesperia after all that walking, eating and fishing, but well worth it...

Thank you Mr Lee for a very enjoyable day, I had a great time...

I know his computer has been giving him fits and crashed on Tuesday.. I hope he can get in and say something, he took a lot of pics also also.........& #46;.

Mr Lee was excited to finally get to wear his new TEAM 57 shirts.. Big Thanks to Dana 57...

More Mr Lee adventures to come...

I hope he doesnt get sea sick today, he is headed for Catalina..

    Good luck guys.......

That was a great play by play Frank.

I am sure Mr. Chin's comment to you would be "I am so honored to have you as my most honorable host".

It appears you do really pull out the stops for him. Are you planning a trip to visit him one day?

Thanks for a look at Mr. Chin's continuing adventures.
