    Default Lazy Land Locked IE Stuffed Orange Roughy

    Go to Vons and buy the Stuffed Orange Roughy cook it with

    a lil lemon juice
    a lil butter/margerine
    some lemon pepper
    cook up some instant garlic mashed potatos
    slice an avocado
    prepare some garilc toast

    crack an ice cold Tecate (preferably a roommates cause you know he drank all yours last weekend)

    Make a bed of taters lay the stuffed goodness on top, garnish with salted avocado slices

    ......... and Voila

    P.S. goes best with a baseball game on tv
