I'm still fixing up my boat. Fuel flow meters, none slip decking, etc.
My Halibuts and WSB will will follow shortly after. :)

    This is getting fun.
I'm usually having so much fun on my PVT boat.
That I find myself at times, Not trying very hard to catch fish.
I'm just hanging out at the island coves, enjoying the water, Doing some snorkeling/spearfishing

These topics will keep me more on a freezer filling mission. :)
And they will be quality fishys.

I think you are gonna have to take me fishing from now on BR.

Ron just needed to replace all his fuel lines, They were sucking air, that's all.

From Dana Landing Cap'N Ron headed out on the 240 and headed back from the fly on the 120.

See anything wrong with that BR? If not, I'll tell you what it means.

This is getting fun, is that the typical PB excuse for going out, burning hundreds on fuel, and catching nothing, but a sunburn?

For a couple of elitist PB'ers, you guys sure do spend a lot of time reading partyboat reports.

    Fun indeed.

The fuel is more like 150.00 between the boat and tow vehicle.
That's when I'm staying out on my two and three day trips at the islands.
The local trips, where the cattle boats go. I burn about 10 gals.
I could leave my rods and reels at home.
My days on the water would be just as good.
I got back into fishing just for something else to do while out on the boat.
I don't get sunburn, My Bimini top keeps me shaded very nicely thank you.
I spend more time on the pvt boaters section on FNN.
Always checking the fishing reports to see if any big fish are moving into our waters.
    One thing for sure is,
I'm not here to argue with a bunch of Internet Rambos.

Have not seen you on the Saltwater Board before FLEA FLICKER
Guess you've been out chasing bugs.
And not the kind that live on the ocean floor.

No big deal on the fuel lines. Diesels are picky on fuel pressures.
I made one launch out of San Diego. The ramp at Marineland entrance. Crazy, For a single daytrip.
I actually got lost in the Marina. Cruising around little islands, Trying to find the ramp :)
That is the toughest part of a fishing trip. Finding your way in and out of unknown Marinas.
Everthing else is just a walk in the park. The backtrack function on the chartplotter getting turned off had a bit to do with it :)

You sound a little defensive. :explode: All in fun, all in fun.:rolleyes:

Besides, with a statement like, "I could leave my rods and reels at home.
My days on the water would be just as good." I'll just leave it alone. You're a boater that dabbles in fishing and could care less. Have fun.
