    Anyone know if Inflatable Pontoons are allowed on Lake Isabella??

    I'm going to be there for the Derby.....wondering if I should bring it or not.

    Just be careful of the wind.

    The few times I have been up there I have found that the dam area is less windy, and I have caught quite a few trout from shore there too!

    I've been lucky and the wind only blew once. You should be safe if you head south [towards the dam] when you head out. The wind usually blows north.
