Lake Kaweah 3-8-08
Started off the day playing bottle neck at the 2nd launch ramp. The ramp is in a Shi#$y location you might be better off by the marina.We fished the River area early for nada, fished across from the marina for nada. Went by the dam and I caught a 12.5" bass on a T-Rose hand poured purple blue with blue flake worm had to throw it back!! My partner (taftman) finally got the skunk off his back when he switched to a green pumpkin red tiny brush hog the same spot where I caught mine and landed a 1.49 lb bass that is the only fish we turned in winners had 5 fish 2 over 2lbs I will post pics later. DFG is in full force! they checked our permits and license cool guys but if we didn't have our paper work they could of been real mean!!
