Lopez fri 3/7

Spent 3 hours at Lopez this morning. 6 A.M. until 9:00. The trout were all over the surface junping for bugs. I put an inflated nightcrawler on one pole and threw Thomas Bouyants, Rooster Tails, and flies on bobbers but couldn't get it out far enough. I did have a few followers but no bites. So I decided to power bait my other pole... At 6:55 worm pole caught a 13"er and at 6:59 my power bait pole caught a 15"er. That was on an ultralight pole and the fish jumped out of the water at least 5 times with the whole head shake thing... very fun. A few other bites for the next 2 hours but no fish.

thanks for the report.. nice job on you trout.. The bigger one in the picture looks much bigger that 15 inches, unless I am seeing it differently!!
How big was it?
