Eastern Sierras

My friend and I are headed to the eastern sierras on Sat night. We are heading to the north area in the catch and release only area allowing year round fishing. What strategies should we employ? My friend is bringing his fly outfit and I am bringing my spinning. Pretty much going to throw Z spoons, Thomas Buyonts, kastmasters, roostertails and rapala minnows. Please no bait suggestions as we are going to a catch and release only area. Thanks guys for your time and help.

bring bass lures, brown trout are preditors and ambush like bass do. worked for me. good luck
