Default Cap'n Postals boat report /Cinco de Mayo /Many pixxxx

Well guys headed out of davies again today with my pal Chris ..First trip with the new name on the boat and new fishy finder... 8) .Headed out at about 6:20 am low tide So we caught the wall on an upcomming tide.Did well caugh many diff species..Cali's,cabbys,sandies,ect ect .I was only using 6 lb line and hooked a few monster cabbys but was having trouble landing some of those monsters ..I didnt wanna put on to much press but didnt want them to head for the rocks as well! But still landed a few fattys... .The new fish finder did well It was funny I was telling my pal ..its showing a school passing by and 2 secs later double bendo we both were hooked at the same time into some nice cali's!!haha .All the cabbys we pulled in were feeding on small crab as they would spit them out into the boat .It was a great day nice weather good fishin and some fun with new toys until I got harrased by the coast guard with a suprise inspection about a half mile out of the wall !!!They had some attitude .... :? It was fun out fishing a boat of mexicans on cinco de mayo haha they couldnt understand why we kept pulling fish in and they had skunk all over them haaha..well here are some pics of the day and the fishing blaster!!Later..Postal

Thanks guys I think I will keep my towel its not about the teeth .I have been around a long time and fishing 27+ yrs and know fish ...my father got pricked by a cabbys spine and got a bacterial infection from it and allmost lost a limb Ill never forgett what we went through. It was directly from the fish per the doctor. Now my father fears the sport after doing it all his life ..I am on madication for certain health reasons (injuries)and my immune system is suppresed by the meds so I am not chanceing limb or life.I allready have half my right side rebuilt with screws plates & a joint I dont need any more pain in my life..Thank you for all the replys guys ..I enjoy being a part of this site and I love reading all the great posts and reports .Fish it up!!Postal
