Baja Surf Fishing - Dec 22-24
RayO and I wet a line at my in-laws surf camp just south of Rosarito. The tide was the highest it had been all year and made for great conditions.

What worked - Bait: Mussels Lures: Motor oil grubs, Kastmaster
What failed - Big Hammer swimbait, Rapala X-Rap, Croc

45 - Barred Surf Perch
2 - Opaleye
Misc:
1 - visual sighting of a halibut(~12") at low tide in the shallow clear water
1 - person stung by sting ray (3 hours of intense pain)
