They treated the upper lake today... Lake was closed till 1300.. would have been nice to find this out before I drove up.. oh well... FYI

Drove up and was turned away as well. Sad part is I checked the Castaic Lake web site before leaving and you would think they would at least post a notice since they encourage people to check it before driving up.
I did the exact same thing... seems pretty easy to post it. there twitter feed said open at 05;45 ...
