In 50+ years of fishing Puddingstone, I have never been approached by the personnel there. But then, I don't smoke, drink, or participate in any other illegal activity while there.

I can see the point about the locals thinking that they own this mud pond. They evidently have nothing better to do, except to create some unwarranted drama. Such is life at the trailer park.
