Catch and Cook Coho Salmon with the Kids

Fishing was amazing on Barkley sound this spring day and we were able to quickly limit on coho salmon. The last fish my daughter caught was designated to a catch and cook. So that is exactly what we did with it. They had so much fun with the Rockfish Roast that we decided to do another catch and cook the following day. Here it is for your enjoyment. A little bit of fishing action and a whole lot of cooking over the fire. It turned out fantastic and we demolished the fish at that one sitting.
