Q - tip sprayed with WD-40 Texas rigged.
From a boat, carolina rigged chicken liver on a treble hook works for me. Fished tight to the shore line. 65 braid is your best bet.
Maybe I will try chicken liver on a treble, fished closed to shore, sprayed with wd 40 on a q-tip trailer.
Forgot to mention that a little bit of lip ripperz hatchery dust will greatly increase your catch rate as well...
