Gonna be wet up there this comming weekend, dress warm.
If you're thinking of fishing a certain river below a dam....reconsider. Flows are so low right now that it's like shooting fish in a barrel. Most folks will wait until flows are over 50cfs instead of the 20 cfs creeping through right now.
