Great Day on the water

I took a friend out on Friday to fish Izors reef. The first hour or so was very slow. A lot of fish on the meter but nothing wanted to bite. As time wore on we began to see an abundance of life. Schools of bait showed up along with HUNDREDS of birds! We only had frozen bait and lures so after getting a few fish on my Hook Up baits I switched to cut bait and we started getting a lot of fish. I probably ended up catching more than 30 Calico which were short, but fun. We got a few keeper sheepshead, A few tree fish and a big skulpin. The weather was awesome! Just a nice day to be fishing.
