This may have been asked before.. Where can I find any RECENT satellite photos of our Lakes, especially Lake Perris with it's new, very high water level shorelines. Google Earth just shows older shots from several years ago. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
I don't know, but I went to Lake Perris recently (just showing some of my wife's relatives around), and the lake looks like it's only 2-5 feet from full pool now and still going up. We talked to a few people who were fishing, but they weren't catching anything. I think the water may be too cold at present, except for trout perhaps.
Overall, the lake is looking good though, and the little pier in Sail Cove is now mostly in the water.
With google earth, you can go back in time to when the lake was full in the past to see what it looked like.
